Sophienberg Gruppen A/S was founded in 2007 – and over the years we have developed and completed more than 150.000 sqm of residential and commercial assets at numerous locations in Greater Copenhagen – approx. 4 Mia DKK is under development.

Through the key employees’ wide experience and large network in the sector, we handle large and complex property development tasks within a slim organization – with special focus on complex development projects.

We focus on acquisitions, project development and resale, while constructions are carried out in cooperation with external consultancy partners and contractors.
