The company has developed more than 150.000 Sq. Mt. of residential and commercial assets at numerous locations in Greater Copenhagen \u2013 and today approx. 5 Mia DKK under development.<\/p>\n
Our management team has a strong track record of developing real estate in strategic locations for both commercial, residential and integrated developments.<\/p>\n
We focus on acquisitions, project development and resale, while constructions are carried out in cooperation with external consultancy partners and contractors.<\/p>\n
Project development services include supervising and coordinating all aspects of the developments, including construction, hiring project managers and architects and applying for licenses and\u00a0approvals. Project development services are provided until the completion of construction.<\/p>\n
Every property project is carried out with resale in mind and sold off within three years of purchase.<\/p>\n
